someone’s gonna be a big sister

and i think she’s pretty excited about it, too!

sizzle, sizzle. i love the contrast of skin tones.

i can’t wait to meet baby peyton. i’m sure miss jaida will make a great big sister when the big day comes!

when dad brings the baby

while chatting with jade’s mama before the session we thought it would be fun to have dad experience the whole “photo shoot thing”. so he showed up armed with a diaper bag full of all the necessities, a handful of clothes and the smiliest baby in town.

and mama’s…prepare to melt. there’s nothing sweeter than a daddy and his baby girl. am i right?

thanks, jd. that was such a fun session! and high fives to mama for the great idea!

brand new times two

Continuing on with the twinfest. These two sweet babies are 17 days old here. Brother Gavin took a little longer than sister Irelyn to come home. But they are both home and doing wonderfully. Mom and dad are cool as can be with these two. You’d never know they were sleep deprived!

That’s brother Gavin peeking in on us.

This one is my absolute favorite! I loved how sleepy and easy going these two were the entire time. I don’t think I heard a peep out of them. Thank you two for being such great sports…and to mom and dad for bringing these two beautiful babies into the world.

twosies

It was twin week recently in the studio. It started with these cute and busy little 15 month olds. The second they walked in the door Noah smiled at me and immediately started flirting. Sister Hannah was much more reserved. It was her day to be quiet and attached to mommy. We had to work hard for these! 15 month old twins are a great workout, let me tell you. I think we all took naps after their session. Aren’t they adorable?!

little miss cutie patootie

Oh yes, it’s true. Six monthers are my absolute favorite to photograph. It’s all about the personality just busting out. Some have a tooth or two, some have these gummy happy smiles. Most of them have these chunky little legs and the baby belly that just begs for a zerbert.

Miss A is so proud of her big girl self.

And you know this one had to show up on the blog, didn’t you?!
